I omitted the sesame oil because we were out and I used a a cup of mixed frozen veggies that had carrots, peas, green beans, and lima beans – tastes great! My husband and I love this recipe. Will be making again for sure. I also used 2 tablespoons instead of 3 of vegetable oil. I bought a large bag of frozen riced cauliflower at Costco to use as a substitute for pasta. This is also great as a leftover.
